Leave it to Kim Kardashian to turn a business trip into a full-on fashion moment. The SKIMS founder just showed up in Shanghai looking like a bronze statue, and the internet noticed.
The Look
Kim posted a series of photos on Instagram from her Nike x SKIMS event in Shanghai, China, Hello! reports. She wore a bronze-toned silk catsuit with thin straps, a figure-hugging fit and exposed bra cups, all layered over a sheer long-sleeved top in the same shiny shade.
She didn't stop there. She added matching pointed-toe shoes covered in the same silky fabric, then threw a brown leather trench coat over the whole thing. Her hair was styled half-up, and her makeup was soft glam with a smoky eye and a nude lip.

Lingerie, But Make It Daywear
The outfit leans into two of fashion's favorite trends right now: the visible bra and underwear worn as outerwear. Hello! points out that Miu Miu layered bras under ribbed knits and silk dresses on its autumn/winter 2025 runway, while Coperni, Gucci and Versace have all sent slip dresses down the catwalk. Kim's version? Silk, shine and a whole lot of confidence.
The Law Roach Effect
If Kim's style has felt a little different lately, there's a reason. She recently revealed that she hired Law Roach as her new stylist. He's famous for dressing Zendaya since her teen years, and now he's working his magic on Kim.
Roach opened up to People about working with her. "She is such a beautiful person and nice and easy [to work with]. She knows what she wants, but she also lets you create," he said.
He also explained what makes each stylist different: "it's just our perception of who the woman is, right? And so what I'm doing with Kim, it's just the way I see Kim Kardashian."
His overall review? Working with Kim has been "really, really, really fun." Based on this look, it shows.
Business Is Booming
The fashion moment also lined up with some big SKIMS news. Before Shanghai, Kim opened the brand's first standalone UK flagship store on Regent Street in London. Hello! reports the 12,000-square-foot store was designed by Rafael de Cárdenas Ltd. and is SKIMS' largest European store.
The Verdict
New stylist, new store, new continent, same Kim: she knows exactly how to get everyone talking. Bronze is officially the color of the season.
